You can select the latest purchase record from eGG retail stores for account binding*. No. You must do the account binding during the membership registration. If you choose to skip the binding, binding shall not be reset in the future. A new account will be created by the system. You may not be able to check the past prescription for future purchase or repurchase of contact lens.

No. Please create individual account for your family members, so their prescription records and service appointment could be saved individually. By doing so, we could provide you a more personalized purchase experience and service.

You can re-register using the shared phone number at that time and bind it to a new email address to create two separated accounts. Please note that each email address can only be bound to one member account. If you have any questions, please contact us (email: [email protected]).

On the login page, click 'Login with email', then select 'Forgot your password?' Enter your registered email, and click 'Reset my password'. We will send a password reset link to your registered email. After entering a new password, it will be updated instantly.

eGGcellent Club member reward points can only be used for purchases made at Hong Kong stores and the online store. You can accumulate points by providing your successfully registered and bound phone number to the staff at the store during checkout. Points will also be automatically accumulated when making purchases while logged into the online store. Whether shopping in-store or online, the points will be automatically credited to your account within 24 hours after the goods are picked.

Member reward points can be used to redeem any products and services on the online store or exchange for E-COUPON for use at Hong Kong stores (*points cannot be used to pay for shipping fees).

You can use your points to redeem any products and services. Just click the 'Try Now' button under 'Use Reward Points' to calculate the required points and the amount to be paid for the redemption product. (For reference only)

During checkout, you can choose to use your points for full payment or use a portion of the points and pay the remaining balance.

Example: For a product worth $90, you can either use 6,000 points for redemption or use 4,000 points (equivalent to $60) and pay the remaining $30 as the balance.

You may redeem E-COUPON, which is applicable to eGG retail stores, by reward points, and it is the sole method for E-COUPON redemption.

When selecting a suitable E-COUPON on the online store, it must be fully redeemed using points.When using an E-COUPON in-store, please present the barcode of the voucher from the 'E-COUPON' page in your account to the store staff for verification.

Example A: For purchasing an E-COUPON applicable to frames / sunglasses & lenses, 680 points can be used to purchase a $20 coupon.

Example B: For purchasing an E-COUPON applicable to contact lenses and other products, 1,360 points can be used to purchase a $20 voucher.

Remark 1: Only one 'Store Use' E-COUPON can be used per transaction.
Remark 2: Screenshots and photocopies of 'Store Use' E-COUPON are not valid.
