1. Fill in personal information and register as a member of eGGcellent Club or log in to your member account.
2. Select desired products or services.
3. Choose the desired colour and quantity to order and click "Add to Cart".
4. After completing the selection, click "Mini Cart" and "Go to Checkout" in the upper right corner.
5. Check and confirm the products/services and quantities in the order summary.
6. Enter the shipping address and select the shipping method.
7. If you need to use a promotion code or E-coupon code, please enter it on the payment page and click "Apply".
8. Select the payment method and click "Place Order" to make the purchase.
9. Complete the transaction.

Lens Order
Can I buy lenses without frames in online store?
You have to purchase lenses with frames, we do not sell lenses solely.
Purchase glasses with old prescriptions
I used to purchase glasses in eGG Optical Boutique shop, can I buy prescription lenses by using my old record(s)?
If your purchase(s) was/were made within the past 3 years, you may buy the new lenses by using the old prescriptions. Please enter the correct phone number you registered in-store when you bind your account. When you visit the page of lens prescriptions, please click “My Old Record(s)”, you may then select your previous prescriptions.
*Noted: Only records within 3 years would be shown. Besides, no “60-days Lens Prescriptions Guaranteed” service could be provided should you use the old record, or provide the prescriptions yourselves.
We may charge an administration fee of HK$100 if there is a request on goods return/cancellation.
