Store pick up
You can enjoy free shipping upon purchase of HK$100 if you choose store pick up. Delivery fee of HK$20 would be charged with purchase less than HK$100.

S.F. Express
You can enjoy free shipping upon purchase of HK$300 if you choose SF Express delivery method. Delivery fee of HK$38 would be charged with purchase less than HK$300.
How long does it usually take to ship?

Purchase of single frames/sunglasses/others

3-5 working days upon order confirmed with payment settled.

Purchase of glasses package (frames with lenses)

7-14 working days upon order confirmed with payment settled.

Purchase of contact lens or products with designated delivery schedule

Please check delivery schedule according to SMS or email received.

*The actual delivery time may vary depending on weather conditions (e.g., hoisting of typhoon signal no. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning), holidays (e.g., Christmas, Lunar New Year, and Easter), delivery location, and inventory availability. We do not guarantee that the goods will be delivered within the specified time. Delivery to remote areas may also require longer transit times.

Remark: The delivery time for purchasing contact lenses may vary depending on whether the customer has provided the latest eye examination record within the past year. If the customer has not previously visited an eGG Optical Boutique for an eye examination, the shipment will be sent out only after the eye examination is conducted. Can the delivery address or delivery method be changed after confirming the order?
Once the order has been confirmed, it is not possible to change the delivery address or delivery method. Please ensure that the order details are accurate and correct before making the payment.

Our delivery service is only available for Hong Kong region.

Store pick up and locations

How would I know my order has arrived retail store?
After the order arrives at the store, you will receive an SMS notification. Please follow the instructions in the SMS and pick up your order at the selected store before the specified date.
When is the deadline to pick the product up at the store?
Please pick up your order at the store before the specified date mentioned in the pick-up SMS. A daily storage fee of $10 will be charged for any delays. If you fail to pick up the goods after 2 days of the specified date, the items will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be provided.
What information I shall provide when pick up product at store?
When picking up, please present the pick-up SMS or login to your member account to show the pick-up code as proof of pick-up. Otherwise, we will refuse the person to pick-up your order to protect your interests.

Received damaged goods

What should I do if I receive damaged or incorrect goods?
